Every day has 24 usable hours in it. I know I heard that in a movie once or something. However, how many of those hours do we truly have at our disposal and what are we doing with them? Those are questions that sit at the forefront of any conversation when it comes to our productivity.
We start talking about things that we can remove from our schedules in order to fit something else in. Yet, a simple solution could simply be to add an extra 15 minutes of time to your day. Now, I’m not suggesting that you go without sleep in order to get all of your work done. Sleep is incredibly important but everyone can probably find an extra 15 minutes.
Craig Jarrow, over at Time Management Ninja suggests this very thing. He says that we would benefit greatly due to the lack of stress created by more time.
